Closed Captioning

Closed captioning provides a transcript for the audio track of a video presentation that is synchronized with the video and audio tracks. Captions are generally visually displayed over the video, which benefits people who are deaf or hard of hearing, and anyone who cannot hear the audio due to noisy environments. Wow! I was really impressed with the level of care that I was provided during my visit at Packard Dental. I had a 7:30 am appt and the staff was moving in full stride as if they had been working for the last 2 hours. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a smiling receptionist. Amanda, the Dental Assistant, came out to take me back to start the imaging process. Afterwards, I was given a quick tour of the well equipped facilities. Dr. Florence conducted a thorough exam and shared some guidance to take care of my teeth. Afterward, Eric, the Dental Hygienist, did a much needed cleaning on my teeth. Even the Finance Lady was nice. I must say, If I was a Dentist, I would set up my practice just like Packard Dental and hire the same staff.
